How does Eziplan manage client

compliance documentation?

Eziplan Care Management software gives your team the functionality of incident reporting or custom compliance forms. Eziplan allows your team to submit your business forms with the below settings.

 

Admins:

  • Receives notification of new forms/incidents and status changes.
     

  • Can view and edit (including status changes) all incidents until they are “Submitted for Resolution”.
     

  • Manage notifications allowing choice by which team member reviews the incidents and pass on to the required team member directly.
     

  • A final resolution stage is then completed.
     

Data Security:

  • All of the submitted information is marked as read only to mobile staff in the incident form once the incident is being reviewed by the administration team.
     

  • Mobile staff only see the clients from the list of accessible clients that are in their Client Information section.
     

  • Mobile staff incidents default to their name and they do not have access to a staff list.
